Creating Space for Discovery and Reflection

My approach to building workshops is to create artifacts and an environment where participants can self-reflect, generate their discussion points, and have personalized discovery.

This works well for the topic of AI because often when you get into it, different people are at different points in their relationship and understanding of AI. By fostering discussion and reflection in the workshop, you can create a lot of commonality and start to unpack some of the misconceptions.

Interactive Prototypes That Spark Imagination

Often the artifacts I bring to workshops are interactive prototypes that are built to capture the imagination of the designers in the room. This is generally my great pleasure—to see the little design cogs turn as people interact with these prototypes and conceive the possibilities of building services that use the frontier AIs.
